Join us Friday, February 7th for a Thai Cooking class with guest instructor Rose Narakol. Rose is a passionate Thai cooking instructor with deep roots in Thailand, where she was born, raised, and educated. Her culinary journey began at the age of six, mastering home-cooked meals that captured the essence of Thai cuisine. At the age of I6, she won a regional cooking championship, further honing her skills through years of practice and dedication.

Combining authentic Thai cooking techniques with her love for teaching, Rose creates engaging, hands-on cooking classes that bring the flavors and culture of Thailand to life for her students.

As always, we will provide the beverages for the class. Come join us for this fun, entertaining, and educational event.

Main Dishes

  1. Herbal Rice Ball with Thai Sour Sausage (Kao Yum Nham Khook)
A flavorful dish of hand-formed rice balls mixed with kaffir lime leaves, ground pork and chili paste. Paired with Thai sour sausage, this dish offers a balanced blend of spicy, sour, and aromatic herbs. Often served with fresh lettuce, peanuts, and herbs for wrapping.

  2. Chicken Panang
A creamy, mildly spiced curry made with tender chicken pieces simmered in rich Panang curry paste and coconut milk. Infused with kaffir lime leaves, this dish is slightly sweet, savory, and pairs beautifully with jasmine rice.

  3. Grilled Pork Skewers with Thai Dipping Sauce (Moo Ping)
Juicy, marinated pork skewers grilled to perfection with a smoky char. Served with a tangy, slightly spicy Thai dipping sauce (nam jim jaew) that balances sweet, sour, and salty flavors.

Dessert

  1. Thai Coconut Pancake (Kanom Krok)
Soft and fragrant bite-sized pancakes made from a blend of rice flour, coconut milk, and sugar. Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and often topped with green onions, sweet corn, or taro for added texture and flavor.
