You'll get up close with three incredible grills — Smokin Brothers, Gateway Drum Smokers, and Primo Ceramic Grills — and learn how to get the most out of each one.

Here's what we'll be covering:

🍖 Baby Back & Spare Ribs – rib prep, seasonings, temps, wrapping techniques, wood/pellet choices, and more
🍔 Bison Burgers – how to cook them to perfection
🌿 Tex-Mex Bean Salad
🫘 Creamy Green Bean Casserole
🍩 Maple Cinnamon Buns
