Join us Thursday, May 22nd for our Charcoal vs Pellet BBQ class. For this class we are going to charcoal fired grilling up against pellet cooking and let you decide which you like better. We will season and cook the same foods on the charcoal and pellet grills. You will then try the food without knowing which is which and vote for your favorite.

We will be cooking on the Smokin' Brothers and Camp Chef pellet grills as well as the Primo and PK charcoal grills.

As always, we will provide the beverages for the class. Come join us for this fun, entertaining, and educational event.
